Hi! I know many who have had breast augmentation in Korea they were all very satisfied with the experience. 4 weeks are more than enough.
I would however be very careful on which place to choose, ask if they have CCTV in the room, anesthesiologist and choose the most experienced plastic surgeon. The price can differ a lot between hospitals, but even the most expensive in Korea is not close to US prices so I would put safety first.
