In the before and after photos,
when looking from the front, the part where the columella and philtrum connect feels sunken in.
The support was made with ear cartilage and ear cartilage was placed on the tip of the nose (closed nose).
My original nose doesn't have that feeling, and the columella flesh was thick and connected to the philtrum...
But when I went to have a consultation for revision surgery, they said that my nose tip is on the low side and my philtrum is too short, so they can't lower the columella (it was like that in all 4 places). It
's not visible in the photos, but the ear cartilage is also white...
So I'm thinking of removing all of the ear cartilage support...
The problem is that my nasal cartilage itself is weak and my skin is thick, so I'm worried that the columella will dry out even more after removal.
Is there anyone like me?
