I am just wondering if the reason for this sagging, downward appearance is contributed to the hooded nature of my low-set eyebrows or the presence of excessive skin. Additionally, my eyelashes are still downward-pointing especially on my right eye. Eyelash curler, lash lift do not seem to correct it well. What can I do?
