As for double chin, the best is to just get liposuction for it. There are many other treatments but you wont really notice much difference and end up spending money on things that arent long term helpful. Double chin liposuction is quite cheap in Korea, and surgery time is very short so the anesthasia is not deep either. I would really consider that option as well.
