Hello I am looking to get my double eyelid surgery.
Any suggestions? Preferably in Seoul

I dont want to do incision because I am worried about scarring.
I have so far 1mm Plastic surgery, and Nana Plastic Surgery on the list.

You should look into the eyelid style you want. Some clinics have a natural aesthetic while there are some who can do dolly style. From there I would narrow the hospitals, because most do non-incisional well
