[Introduction] How do Koreans view plastic surgery these days?

My impression is that Korean society is more accepting of plastic surgery than any other East Asian country, but there is still shaming. What do you think? For example, the number of online information that point fingers at actors/actresses and celebrities who have had them.
It happens even if you're not a celebrity. In this age of diversity, shouldn't people be more understanding of plastic surgery as a form of
individual choice? Why is plastic surgery "bad"? :)
