I want to get double chin liposuction and eyelid surgery, but only have about a month I will stay in Korea.

Hi! I think it is possible but you might want to start visiting doctors immeaditly. There will be some swelling for couple weeks after liposuction, but if you do it this or next week, it is enough time for you to fly back home.
