[Q＆A] 2nd nose surgery will be safe for the age over 50?

my skin is not the same as before, I worried that 2nd surgery on my nose will have more problem than 20years ago.. I don't want to use my own cartilage (is this right?) but just replacing silicon. do they just replace silicon for the 2nd surgery? Or do I have to wait after removing the old silicon and get it implanted later.

why not use own cartilage? its much safer than silicon because there will be no worry about rejection and it will be more natural too. with silicon, there will be more scar tissue.
