I have had some surgeries and treatments done over the years, and I can recommend the following:

- various anti-aging laser lifting (the most recent one I have done is Onda, which was not too painful compared to others like Ultherapy)
- double chin fat removal (using Cannula)
- botox: I try to get them every 6 months - 1 year on the jaw, forehead, and glabella (between the eyebrows)
- Rejuran: pretty good skin booster
