[Plasticsurgery] Rhinoplasty swelling?

Worried about my rhinoplasty I got done 18 days ago. I know it’s still healing and swelling is there but it seems like it’s over-protected and very pointy. Doesn’t match my face structure. Will it swell down a lot more? Is this normal swelling? I see a lot of cast removal photos and they look nothing like mine.
My nostrils feel so stretched out that they are narrow now not naturally round shaped. :’( I don’t want to show my face to anyone and trying to get extended time off work. It’s been very depressing.

Not sure what material was used, the bridge and tip does tend to go down slightly. Ask the surgeon how many mm, he predicts your nose will go down.
