I am contemplating whether to get a nose job, but I am pretty scared about the negative side effects that can happen. I've heard that negative side effects are common, but I also thin that is sometimes like a special case.
Any thoughts?

Surgery has risks. Depending on several factors, the risks are usually low. It is best to ask medical professional about the risks and you can do online research (scientific paper).
