I got 300 shots with a 3.0mm tip and got burned, but I got both thread lifting and Ulthera and after spending 1.2 million won a month, there's really no difference except for a scar... In particular, the 6 lines of thread lifting went right into my cheek, leaving a really big scar... The 6 holes are right next to the Ulthera burn , but the bigger problem is the holes where the thread went in ㅋㅋㅋ The pores were really big and fancy^^ I'm going crazy. I paid 1.2 million won... It's so ugly and puffy, I'm going crazy........ I thought the scar would go away if I used Duoderm for a month, but wow, I get so stressed out when I see the scarㅜ The hospital and the consumer protection agency said that they are not responsible for refunds, so they just threw the Duoderm pack^^ and that was it... Ah, I'm so pissedㅜㅜ

I went to the hospital crying because I was upset about the burn scar, and when he saw me he said, "Huh? I feel relieved at all~" Hahaha

Burns? The hospital's response is too much.

There are more than one or two ridiculous things, so it hurts my hands to even write in detail... I'm a medical device planner, and I know that with devices like Ulthera, if the handpiece is slightly open, it can cause burnsㅋ So I looked for the original English manual from Mertz and read it, and confirmed that the burns were only caused by the operator's mistake, so I went and asked if it was a burn, but it wasn't a burnㅋㅋㅋ It keeps getting dented (?) on the side of the handpiece... What kind of dent is that a burn? On top of that, if the blister swells and bursts, it's not even a first-degree burn, it's a second-degree burnㅋㅋ So I'm a medical device planner, and when I asked how they can say it's not a burn when it says so in the manual, they kept making excuses and excuses... My words and logic don't make sense.

Yeah, I was so dumbfounded ㅋㅋ They keep raising the temperature (I told them to make it as high as I could stand it), but then everyone who got anesthesia and had the output turned up so much will get burned and leave with a bruised face ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ In the Mertz manual, it says that burns are caused by the handpiece being lifted or by the practitioner's mistake, so there's a limit to deceiving people..
