Every time I go to Ram's, I get a lot of reviews + help, so I'm posting a review this time too haha
There really aren't too many reviews on calves... I promised myself that I would definitely leave a review.
First of all, as you can see from my post, I received thigh rams and arms, and this time I also received calf treatments.
I knew that the director was so important that
I deliberately received the same calf care from the director as I did the thighs.
The teacher is known as a thigh master, so he deliberately received it with his feet in check, and didn't even worry about it when receiving the calf.
(For reference, this branch is an hour away from my house, but I was very satisfied with the trip.)
Everyone remembers the before and after photos of my thighs, right?
It's been 6 months since I got my thighs and they're still holding up well!
(Attachment photo of thigh)
I got POTOX before calf LAMS!
Are you saying it’s effective? And I paid right away. (I believe)
No anesthesia was given, and
they gave me ice packs to apply cold compresses.
The director came in and touched the calf trapezius muscle line and designed where to place it!
There is more muscle on the inside, so
place it in the center of the inside haha.
Well, since it's an injection, it won't hurt!
It feels a bit stiff~
I'm the type of person who tolerates pain well.
I just got it while I was on the phone
. Is it because you were so kind to me?
When I do the ankles/outsides, it doesn't hurt at all! Haha,
for your information, I tolerated it really well when I did the thighs/arms
, so don't trust me too much!
He said my calves would slowly go away over the course of a month and
that I shouldn't walk too hard, and if I walk a lot, my ankles will get bigger due to compensatory muscles, so I'll never walk.
+ No sauna use for a week.
I took pictures of the treatment area, but you wouldn't be able to tell if you don't look closely on the day, right?
Precautions after trapezius botox:
You
can shower on the same day.
Sauna
, jjimjilbang, hot bath, steam massage for 1
week
I'm looking forward to seeing a more noticeable effect once it subsides.
After the procedure, the calf is slightly swollen and there is some pain.
However, there was no major discomfort and I wore leggings for a day.
I'm planning to rest well as there may be swelling for a few days.
Today is exactly the 5th day since I received it. I
already went to work and everything.
Since the second day, my legs have been swollen and the swelling has even spread to my feet!!!
But since I had thighs and arms done, I was used to this kind of swelling, so I took the medicine and drank a lot of water
!!! You need to drink a lot of water that day and for about 3 days!!!!
On the 3rd day, the bruise went all
the way down to my foot. Since I live at home, socks are a must.
I have any questions. Please leave a comment. I will reply at the latest.
