[Lifiting] I did shrink and inmode

It didn't have much of an effect (especially the shrink), and it seemed like it was just a mood-changer to show that I had done something. It was a lot more painful than I thought. The shrink was bearable, but the in-mode really hurt. I'm the type of person who can tolerate pain well, but it hurt. It was so cold afterward that I even got a headache. But it was fun.
