[Filer] Should I remove the ball filler?

I got 4cc on both cheeks, 4cc on the forehead, and 2cc on the temples after following a friend and getting filler because they said it would help with my sleep. I told them I wanted to make it look natural, but I regret it because I didn't think much about it... Cheek filler. Is it true that my mouth doesn't open well when I open it, and when I do, my chin sticks out a lot? It looks like a devil's mouth... Is it because of the swelling? Can it come off? Because of the forehead filler, I look like an avatar and I feel ashamed and regretful every time I look in the mirror... There aren't many reviews of cheek filler, so I'm worried.
