여드름 치료를 위해 방문했었는데, 최대한 부작용이 적고 나에게 맞는 치료를 알기 쉽고 친절하게 상담해주셨음. 따로 여드름 관련 치료를 받지 않고, 피지억제제와 연고를 받아서 발랐는데 알려주신 기간에 맞게 바른 상태로 현재 많이 호전됨. 약 일년간 다녔고 상담원들이 때때로 바빠서 그런지 퉁명스럽다 느낄때도 있었지만 최근에 와서는 친절히 대하심. 흉터 치료 관련해서도 상담 받았는데, 치료 강요는 절대 없고 필요한 여부 확인과 이후 효과에 대해서도 투명하게 상담해주셔서 좋았음.
