초기에는 예전 방식의 수술방식에도 불구하고 결과가 괜찮아 신뢰하고 여러 차례 이것저것 시술도 맡겼습니다. 그러나 마지막 수술에서는 명백한 실수가 있었고, 결과적으로 만족스럽지 못한 결과를 초래했습니다. 오랜 기간 신뢰해온 만큼 조심스럽게 상황을 말씀드렸으나, 원장님의 반응은 미온적이었고 별다른 조치가 이루어지지 않았습니다. 결국 문제는 해결되지 않은 채, 불편과 책임은 온전히 제 몫이 되었습니다.
