I had nose revision surgery at Conopy, I did it in Gangnam the first time, but the tip of my nose was too high, so I had another revision surgery. My nose bridge is thick? I think it would be okay to do it without implants, so I am consulting with a rhinoplasty doctor who thinks it looks pretty! He recommended that I get my nose tip done with autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, as it would definitely make the overall line more natural and would match my image.
