Hello,
I have been stressed out because of my protruding chin line when I look at it from the side since I was young, and
I had double jaw surgery as an adult, and it has already been 6 months since the surgery. I had the surgery at Waigang and had it done at the same time as contouring type 2!
It seems that the length of the face is reduced and it is more aesthetically pleasing.
After the first surgery, it was hard because of the pain, but I was also stressed out because of the swelling, but now after 6 months, most of the swelling has gone down~!
The hospital also said that the bones have healed well, the major swelling has almost gone down, and that the recovery is going well, so
I am relieved and I am living my daily life without any major discomfort.
I held out by only getting braces for my protruding chin, but I wish I had done it sooner. I think
everyone is curious about the recovery, but I am living my daily life without any major discomfort after about 4 months after the surgery.
The swelling has gone down a lot, so it looks much more natural, and now only the small swelling that only I can see remains!
In the beginning, I had a lot of worries because the swelling didn't go down as well as I thought, but time takes care of it,
so I think people who have a lot of worries about swelling like me don't have to worry too much!
I still have a dry mouth, but I think my sensation has recovered about 70-80%,
and I can eat food without any problems except for very hard foods! For those who had the surgery, if you can just hold out for the first 3 months, you'll recover a lot and
time will go by more quickly, so just hold on and do your best! This is my 6-month review, and
I hope that by the first year, even the remaining swelling will have gone down and I'll look more natural. ㅎㅎ
