hello!
It's been 6 months since I had double jaw surgery and type 2 contouring surgery. Haha.
First of all, I have had a chin since I was young, so it was a case where correction alone was not enough!
So, feeling the limitations of correction, I decided to have surgery as an adult. My mother, not me, personally found a place that was good for improving the chin and underwent surgery at Waigugang, including double jaw and square jaw.
6
months later, my diet is still tough. I can now eat almost anything except food.
I cut tough food with scissors so I can eat it as carefully as possible.
I have recovered so much and am eating delicious food. Currently, I am building memories by going around here and there and confidently taking photos as much as I want.
I am so satisfied, and people around me often tell me that I am pretty, so my self-esteem has skyrocketed to a level I couldn't have imagined in the past! It went up haha.
It's been 6 months since I started post-orthodontic treatment. I'm fine with orthodontic treatment now that I'm used to it, but my gums were pulled during the treatment process, so the toothache lasted for about a week. Other than that, I think it's okay.
Last time, there was a hole in my gums caused by a screw that kept pressing on my inner lip, and the director even removed it after checking. ㅠㅠ
I was nervous because I remember removing the screws was very painful, but fortunately it didn't hurt at all. Now I have to remove my wisdom teeth and I'm working towards finishing it by attaching rubber bands to align the upper and lower occlusion. The director of the orthodontic department said that the correction could be completed in late fall of this year at the latest, so I still have a difficult time ahead, but I will endure it while thinking about the future that will improve.
