After the surgery, the nurses recommended that I lie down in the hospital bed a little longer, but I did not experience any discomfort and was discharged immediately using public transportation shortly after the surgery. After the surgery, I checked the removed pin through an X-ray, received a prescription for medication, and went home. A week has now passed and there is still some swelling, but compared to the first 3-4 days, the pain, swelling, and discomfort have greatly decreased, and there are no problems with daily life at all. Following the successful pin removal surgery, I am praying that the double jaw revision surgery will also be successful.
