First of all, I had braces for one year in the first year of elementary school, and later, when I went to middle school and high school, I did braces for two years . is precious.... Teeth were originally weak) I finished orthodontics - I did a strange (?) fact- that dental care is important during orthodontic treatment. I don't know that I have to take good care of my teeth until I'm 100 years old, I don't floss, I don't brush right away after eating, and anyway, the maintenance is shit... After that - after braces, the spaces between my teeth are almost all rotten! Also, there was an asymmetry in the jaw, and I had one pair of teeth, so I corrected it.... The jaw asymmetry is the same. My teeth are yellow...I'm missing maintenance...Well... Currently, I floss twice a day after meals (I eat 2 meals a day) and scrub a little hard with a thick toothbrush (the brush head can't be too thin, so a lot of tartar is accumulated. I went to the dentist and got scolded. The only thing I changed was a toothbrush with a thin bristle because I had a lot of tartar, but I changed it back to a thicker one and went to the dentist the other day and there was not much tartar [the dentist every 6 months] said that it didn't rot more severely and kept this condition well) If it gets worse here, the cavity needs to be treated within 2-3 years and if it is maintained well, 10 years will be fine (then in 20 or 30 years???? I still have to live to be over 70 years old) Anyway, you know you need to have a retainer for the rest of your life, but I do that I didn't know ... I knew I'd do it for the rest of my life after braces . I came, but there were no seats, so I pulled out all of them. It hurts when I put on a retainer, so I didn't do it. It's been 7-8 years . If you eat something sweet, brush your teeth right away or gargle with salt water. Actually, the dentists were just going to the local dentists. I hope you go to many places before choosing. You can't just go to any one. And if your teeth are rotten, every time they rot a little, scrape them off , put them on, put them on again, and scrape them off. Protect your teeth as much as possible..... If I had a place in my mouth, I wouldn't have even pulled out my wisdom tooth ... Eat it, don't eat anything hard
