It's been 3 months since I had the double jaw + contour 3 surgery.
I had the surgery at Waigang on June 3rd^^
Time that I thought would never pass has passedㅠㅠ^^
I had the surgery because of facial asymmetry and pain that had been stressing me out since I was young.ㅎ In the meantime,
I got braces on my molars that I couldn't reach, and I feel like a human being ㅎㅎ
It seems like the swelling is going down slower than other people. But I think there's definitely a difference from before.
People around me say my face looks a little smaller. My jaw area looks different to me too.
I don't have to worry about sleeping anymore. I eat a variety of things as long as it's not too much.
I'm a person who worries a lot, so I'm just careful~~
However, I didn't know braces were this hard. I really respected my friends who had braces before.
It's uncomfortable to eat between eating out and braces, and I still don't know what to do ㅎㅎㅎㅎ I'll get used to this, but. My teeth
hurt so much for about 3 days from the day I got braces that I couldn't chew anything. So, just like when I had the surgery, I ate a lot of soft foods. I gradually increased the intensity~
I don’t think I have any other discomfort other than my mouth not opening well. I’m continuing to steam and exercise this too!!!
Right now, I can’t tell you how good it is that my upper and lower teeth are in the right place and that my jaw doesn’t hurt or make a clicking sound when I talk.
I’m even happier thinking about how I’ll get better~~
I’m so grateful to the director and the hospital teachers><>
