The top is before the surgery, and the bottom is after the surgery.
My upper lip was a complex because of the asymmetry, and I really hated my long philtrum.
I was thinking of just getting philtrum reduction, but I thought it would be good if my upper lip was also reduced, and my outer philtrum was really long, so I got it done at once.
The hospital measured my philtrum before the surgery, and it was 2.2 cm, and after the surgery, it was 1.6 cm. They said they would reduce it by 4.5 mm during the surgery, but it came out like
this when I measured it. I'm really satisfied with the length, but it feels a bit tight. When I open my mouth wide, the area above my upper lip and in the middle of my nose feels tight. It's because I forcibly lost weight, but I think time will solve it.
I like my upper lip so much that I'll let it go even if there's a little scar along the lip line. But they say that if you apply the medicine well, the scar can last for up to half a year, so I set an alarm on my phone and reapply it every two hours. I
used to look like a duck, but now that I look at it, I don't really feel that way, so I like it.
I'll write another review next time
