there are people who really lose weight through exercise but their face doesn't?ㅠ Is that me... Is that me...
No! If I diet, it'll all go away! If I lose more, my face will go away too! People who say that, get down on your hands...ㅠ
That may be the case, but I'm still in the process of ~ing... I'm dieting, and
even though I was below average before my facial liposuction surgery, it might seem like a lie, but
my double chin and cheek fat don't seem to be going away...ㅋ
My personal trainer said that when you lose weight, you should lose everything overall and
your face should be the first to go, but my face fat just doesn't seem
to be going awayㅠㅠ My trainer told me not to worry about having facial fat because I'd still look young, but
I should see results proportional to how much effort I put in, and I didn't see any results on my face...
I was so stressed out that I thought this couldn't go on anymore, and decided to get surgery.
Of course, I didn't plan on getting surgery from the beginning, and I tried several procedures like the Inmode procedure and fat-dissolving injections that are said to be good for getting rid of facial fat,
but the only improvement I got was the appearance in the pre-surgery photo above;;
I thought it would be better to just get rid of it all at once with surgery rather than continuing to spend money on procedures like this, so
I got the surgery and as you can see from the results, the double chin and cheek fat that I didn't like were gone and
my facial line feels neatly organized. Why did I get so stressed out for not getting it done sooner? ㅠ
If there's one thing I did well this year, it's getting my eyebrows done ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I think I did really, really well and for people who are worried about their facial fat, I highly recommend getting my eyebrows done ㅠㅠㅠ
