[Face Contour Resurgery] Review of cheekbone and chin reduction side effects

This is a revision surgery for the cheekbones and the first time for the chin. It's effective, but it sags a lot. A lot of fat appears on the cheeks that wasn't there before, and the facial lines are obscured by the weight. Since the skin is saggy, it seems like the only solution is a lift, and more than anything, the salivary glands have come down and the jaw line has disappeared... The first cheek surgery didn't do much ㅜㅜㅜ
