I didn't have much fat on my face and my forehead was sunken. Since I tend to pursue a feminine style, I chose surgery to have a natural-looking, plump forehead, which was a complex. It's been 7 years since I had it done, and now the slightly sunken shape matches my nose line, so it looks very natural.
