5. From a week before lower eyelid surgery to the day before surgery

As instructed by the hospital, I did not eat anything, including water, from 10 o'clock the night before. On the morning of the surgery, I took only the medication I was taking for high blood pressure and hyperlipidemia with a sip of water.
6. Lower Blepharoplasty Day Schedule
■ On the day of surgery, I left home with plenty of time and arrived at Riai Plastic Surgery at Sinsa Station at 10:20 am (arrived 10 minutes before). It was convenient to be able to get there by bus from home. 3 days and 1 week after surgery. , I have to come to the hospital to check my progress and receive laser treatment to remove swelling and bruises every 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months. ■ After arriving at the hospital, I changed clothes and washed my face. , I asked if I had to go bare-faced because they told me not to come wearing makeup, and I was told that moisturizing cream and sunscreen were okay. Anyway, you have to wash your face as soon as you get to the hospital. You have to change into hospital clothes except for panties. If panties contain metal, They said no, all metal materials must be removed before surgery.
■ After changing clothes and washing your face, you will receive an explanation of the surgical precautions in the consultation room and sign the surgical consent form.
■ A photo of your appearance before surgery will be taken. ■ After the surgery, I comfortably received IV drip and cold packs on my eyes for about an hour in the recovery room. Well, the director didn't use much anesthesia, so I was almost out of anesthesia by the time I entered the recovery room. Thanks to that, I recovered quickly and had no problems returning home.
■ After recovering for an hour in the recovery room, I received a prescription notice and prescription from the hospital and went to the hospital on the first floor of the hospital building. I purchased antibiotics, anti-inflammatory analgesics, anti-heartburn medicine, and eye ointment at the pharmacy. Medicines for cosmetic purposes were a bit expensive because they were not covered by health insurance. I showed the eye medicine I had previously used to the director and he said I could use it, so I didn't buy it. I didn't buy it after the anesthesia, so I didn't wake up much after the surgery. I was worried about whether I would be able to buy the medicine, but it turned out to be unfounded. There was no anesthesia left, so I bought the medicine without bothering my wife and was able to take the bus and return home by myself.
■ The hospital gave me a cold compress eye patch for the so-called hot and cold compresses needed after the mini face lift after the surgery. It was said that cold compresses should be used for a week, and hot compresses should be used for at least a month to a maximum of three months. As instructed at the hospital, I started using cold compresses and cold compresses diligently.
■ After returning home and eating dinner, local anesthesia was applied to the area from the right nose to the right lip and inside the mouth. I had trouble eating because it didn't go away. When I ate and chewed, the temple area above my ear where the incision was made during the mini face lift was sore and painful. After taking the medicine, I felt hungry, and I stayed up as late as possible to get rid of the swelling in my face. It was early in the morning. I tried to sleep, but the surgery area was very hot and my head was pounding, so it was difficult to sleep. There was no double vision, blurred vision, or blood flow that I was worried about.
