[Breast Enlargement] Post-surgery review

I had surgery in the summer and it's already been 4 months. I can't tell if the texture is coming back or not when I check it on a daily basis, but when I check it every 2 weeks and 1 month, it seems to be coming back for sure. However, I have a feeling that the scar isn't healing well... Just a little... Should I apply ointment more often? Other than that, there is no rippling animation and I am very satisfied with the fit of my clothes! However, should I be concerned if my immunity drops or if I see the slightest throbbing in my chest? ㅠㅠ
