[etc] Scar removal surgery ㅠ

It's been over a year since I had breast surgery with Motiva. I got implants and the procedure was done with a lower excision, but the scar didn't show any signs of getting better and developed into a keloid ㅠ The color is still pink.. When I went to the hospital for a breast check-up, they said that since it's been over a year, even scar laser would be useless and suggested that I get scar removal surgery once. The cost was of course free.. I'm so scared ㅠ They say scar removal surgery is simple under local anesthesia, but.. I feel like I'm having breast surgery again.. There's no one like this, right..?
