[Breast Enlargement] I came here with my friend

I had a lot of friends around me who got breast surgery, so I worried a lot, but they all did well and I think I gained a lot of confidence, so I was envious and ended up going straight for the surgery ㅎㅎ.. My sternum has come together very naturally, and my upper chest has volume, so my body looks pretty and I like that everything I wear fits well ㅠ I now know why breasts are the most satisfying thing.. I should've done it quickly while I was at it ㅎ I'm glad I got it now
