After a month, maybe two months? I was going to write a review but I had a lot of holidays and nothing to do so I turned on my phone’s notepad and wrote a review~~ First, while talking about the early stages of the surgery, here are some things I recommend you prepare: 1) Zero Gravity Chair (I spent two weeks here) 2) Hyojason (Useful when your back itches) 3) Nipple Patches 4) Aloe Soothing Gel (I bought this as a substitute for stretch mark cream and it’s good) 5) Massage Ball (It’s good for massaging the lymph nodes in the neck and the muscles between the collarbones) These are the things that came to mind. Also, after general anesthesia, my throat was a bit sore so I thought of ionic drinks like barley tea.. The director gave me Pocari after my fast so I drank that, but if you have your own favorite drink, it might be good to bring it in advance! By the way, I was in really good condition on the day of the surgery and didn't feel any pain, so I took the bus by myself and left the hospital..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I was going to take a taxi, but I didn't really have to. The bandages were a bit stuffy, but it wasn't difficult at all. I wasn't on my way home from work, so I just sat on the bus and listened to music on my AirPods while going home. When I got home, I laid down on the bed at first, but then I felt pressure from my breast implants? and my body felt more and more swollen, so I crawled right into the zero gravity chair and slept there. And on the day of the surgery, I wore a hoodie, sweatpants, and Crocs. Loose-fitting clothes are highly recommended. I went without even applying lotion! My stomach was seriously swollen, so I recommend wearing something with banding instead of button-up pants... I didn't have any appointments for a while after the surgery and just stayed home. Luckily, I didn't have a job, so I didn't have any vacation days and just recuperated! I have a small ball that I can squeeze in my hand to massage my lymph nodes under my collarbone and around my neck, and it helped with blood circulation and helped my facial swelling go down a bit. They say that when your stomach is bloated, you also get constipated, but I ate a lot of spicy food, so I didn't have constipation. My stomach bloated went back to normal after a week, and my weight didn't change much. I thought maybe it was because of the surgery. But what was uncomfortable was that, unlike before, when I use my arms, it felt like my chest muscles were moving, so I ended up using my shoulder muscles more..? And when I had to cross the street in a hurry or do something else where I had to run, I couldn't run as fast as before ㅋㅋㅋ My chest is bulging, so I was worried about the weight and couldn't run lightly like before. And in the beginning, the tip of my pubic hair was really sensitive. It hurt so much even if it brushed against something, so I had to keep wearing nipple patches. + It was secretly hard to keep to the hospital schedule in the beginning. Even after the bandage was taken off, I went once on the third day, once on the seventh day, once on the second week, again on the third week, and again every week. But!! I have no regrets about the surgery because I am very satisfied with the size and shape. The hospital took such good care of me that I was able to have the surgery comfortably, and the aftercare was so good that I wondered if it was really okay (I have to keep getting aftercare for the next yearㅋㅋㅋ) The director checked my progress more diligently than I did, and the communication with the director was also very good.. This is what a specialized hospital is!! This is the kind of hospital it is, so I think I made a good choice in choosing the surgery and the hospitalㅋㅋㅋ In the first place, I got the surgery because I wanted to get rid of my small breasts, but I didn't want them to be that big either? The swelling hasn't gone down yet, so I don't know the exact size, but I think it's about the C cup that I wanted, so I'm even more satisfied!! When the remaining swelling goes down more and the implant falls down naturally and takes shape, then I'm going to write a detailed review with photos and chest circumference, etc.!! For reference, I had Motiva dual plane 300cc, done through an armpit incision. I started lifting heavy objects and such after two weeks. It was really hard in the beginning. Everyone needs to be really, really careful in the beginning of the surgery. For those who don't have an office job, but have a physically demanding job, I recommend resting as much as you can for 1-2 weeks. Even if the surgery isn't a big deal, you need to be really careful and cautious during the recovery period, so it would be good to think about it with a flexible schedule!
