I have no problems with my daily life now, and I exercise occasionally, although not often. I'm on a diet. I'm
trying to do it little by little without overdoing it.
There's no pain at all, but the incision area is very dry and feels like it's pulling? That's
why I bought the famous Cicagel?? band and put
it on almost every day. It's good because the pulling feeling is reduced.
I searched and found that putting on a gel band is more helpful than ointment for getting rid of scars, so I put it on.
I really like it because my lower belly doesn't stick out even when I wear tight clothesㅜㅜ
I don't wear skirts often these days,
but I like it because my stomach doesn't stick out even when I wear jeans. Above all, my belly button shape is so pretty that I used to never think about short crop tops, but now I have the courage to wear T-shirts that slightly show my belly button.
I didn't expect to wear a swimsuit anyway, so the scar is still visible, but I think the different clothes make up for it!
