What I felt at 3 months is that
1. I can walk, run, jump, and do all exercises. It's just a part of my body already!
2. The swelling that I didn't even know I had when I started exercising has gone down, and the waist-hip-leg line looks much more natural and pretty.
3. I hardly feel the foreign body sensation from the implants that I used to feel occasionally.
4. The swelling under my hips has gone, so my legs look incredibly long. Good proportions
. 5. I live my life with compliments that my body is pretty more than where I go... (Sorry) Haha
I'm living each day so satisfactorily! I hope you all become pretty!
