I'm going to write a review!! :)
I didn't even drink for 3 months
and tried to focus on recovery.
After 1 month, I felt better. ㅎㅎㅎ
Now, I have almost no discomfort
and the lumps have been removed a lot!!
I was worried because
I had a lot of lumps until 2 months,
but the hospital said it was normal and that it would get better if
I received follow-up care every week
. ㅎㅎ The lumps are almost gone and
there's almost no pain! I guess time is the best medicine!!
My abdominal size has been steadily decreasing, and
I've also lost a lot of visceral fat
by dieting
! It's also fun to lose weight.
After about 3 months, when I put on clothes,
my torso got smaller,
so I often hear from friends that I've lost weight~
Thinking back, I think it was a choice I don't regret! I'm still below my goal weight, but my movements have become lighter, so I'm going to try dieting while doing light exercise. ㅎㅎ
