It's been a month since I got liposuction~
The swelling has all gone down, but I still have some lumpsㅠㅠ I've been getting aftercare regularly because it's good for loosening up the lumps, and I go for 30-minute walks every day~
My abdominal circumference has gone down -10cm compared to before the surgery!!!!!! After the stitches were removed, the swelling went down all of a suddenㅎㅎ I'm so happy that my stomach doesn't bulge out when I sitㅠㅠ (I can't see any sagging yet)
I was worried a lot because I like to snack, but I got nutritional counseling and they gave me a 1:1 customized solution that fit that~ I'm going to try managing my eating habitsㅎ
It's so strange and happy that the clothes I couldn't wear before liposuction fit into the surgery~~~ What do you think of the before and after pictures??
