Honestly, I didn't notice any changes for a week or two, so I was depressed and wondered if I wasted my money, but then the lines started to appear and I screamed when I saw that the circumference had shrunk by 4-5cm. I guess I'll have to see it, but I'm satisfied..
But I have to do it because I haven't managed my diet at all ㅜㅜ Maybe if I had done it, I would have lost weight faster?!
