It's been 4 months since I got abdominoplasty and pelvic liposuction at Q-line. It's been quite a while since I had the surgery, but this is the only picture I have, but I'm uploading it to share information. Even though I
lost weight, my lower stomach always bulged and my waist was flat without a pelvis, so in the summer, I always wore rash guards or thin clothes that didn't reveal my body line, but this was really stressful. When I watched YouTube, it said that if the strength to support the buttocks is lacking, the stomach will naturally stick out and it will only get worse, so I need to strengthen my core, but I don't know what that means. It also said that you need to exercise for several years, not just for a day or two, to see results, so I thought I might as well seek medical help, so I went for a consultation.
There were three directors, and out of them, I chose Director Seo Chang-sik because I liked his reviews the most. He was a very decisive and confident person. When I went to another hospital, they suddenly recommended a plastic surgery or told me to get full body liposuction. I thought, "If I do what I say, the surgery will go well, so why should I worry?" This is why I was so
shocked. In fact, the prices vary greatly from hospital to hospital. Some are expensive and some are cheaper than I thought, so I was wondering if it was worth it. But the hospital where I had surgery has a fixed price system, so the prices don’t go up or down, which is really good. When I first made my consultation, they told me to get a consultation because it was fixed price, so I thought they were just saying that.. I went to the consultation without thinking much, but the price list was written on the wall of the room where I was consulting with the director, so it was a culture shock. I’ve been to other hospitals for consultations, but they’ve never disclosed everything from the additional fee standard to the additional procedures this transparently. It
’s not a surgery that you do just for one thing like eye surgery or nose surgery, but a surgery on the body, so the risk is high (and it’s not a surgery that costs a few pennies..). I thought it would be important to get the surgery that fits my existing body. Of all the hospitals I looked into, Q-Line seemed the best. More than anything, I felt like they would reflect my needs well, so I made a deposit without much thought.
The director in charge of me was a bit older, but unlike other hospitals, he didn’t try to fight or force things. It was nice that I could ask questions right away if I had any. From making an appointment for aftercare to talking about things like when the stitches will be removed after the surgery, when I can shower, how they disinfect, etc., it was comfortable to be able to communicate even on weekends or late at night.
I think the pain lasted for about 2-3 days, but maybe because it was handmade, the recovery was fast and the bruising went down quickly. I heard from a friend who got surgery at another hospital that if you get surgery from a director with good manual dexterity, there will be less bleeding and therefore less bruising and swelling. I guess that's true;; Let's talk about the survival rate, which I was most worried about. Compared to the beginning, it was lower, but it's not at a level to worry about. I'm satisfied enough to the point where I think I don't necessarily need to do the second round. Other hospitals do the second round as a basic procedure and up to the third if it's not enough, but Q-Line's style is to put in a lot in the first round, so I think it's an advantage that I can finish it all at once.
One thing I was worried about was that I didn't have to wear a compression garment, but since I'm going to get fat grafting anyway, I thought it would be better not to wear a compression garment for the survival rate. After reading a post on a cafe that said that the marks left by the stitching didn't go away even after a long time, I was unnecessarily anxious. Now that I think about it, it's a hospital that doesn't wear compression garments, so blood circulation is good, so of course recovery is fast and there are no restrictions on daily life, so I think it would be good for people planning to have surgery in the summer.
Oh, and Q-Line has a separate management center, so it's convenient that you can receive private management, but unlike other hospitals, people who had surgery at other hospitals can also use it. My friend had liposuction at another hospital around the same time as me, but the hospital It's far and they only do radiofrequency, so I'm paying for and going separately. I was worried about the scar after the surgery, so I connected with the director who was so considerate, and he was so happy...ㅋㅋㅋ
For the first month, I was told not to lose weight, so I just walked, and after that, I started working out and managing my diet. If you just take good care of your aftercare, the results are definitely satisfying.
After becoming an adult, due to the repeated yoyo phenomenon and getting tired of company dinners and late-night snacks, I only wore baggy or loose-fitting clothes, but after experiencing liposuction + G-I, I'm only wearing tight clothes these days. If you prefer a solid, thin, wide-shouldered style, definitely get a consultation at a liposuction specialty hospital that also offers aftercare!!!
