[Tip of Nose] I had nose surgery

My nose bridge was originally high, but the nostrils were sagging and wide, so my nose looked really big even though it was already high. So this time, I had a slight osteotomy of the outside and the beak, raised the tip of my nose slightly, and even had a nostril reduction. I went there by myself without a guardian, had the surgery, and walked back to my accommodation. Today is the second day. I think the pain is from the osteotomy, but I felt a little tingly, so I took some Tylenol and I'm fine now. I'm going to have cotton removed tomorrow, so I'm a little nervous.
