I wanted an arrow nose and a
hollow nose. I wanted the tip of my nose lifted, and because I have an arrow nose, my original nasal septum may be weak. They
said they would use ear cartilage and I went into surgery, but they added donated costal cartilage. My nose still seems round and the tip of my nose doesn't seem to have improved much from my arrow nose,
so I'm having another surgery in 6 months for a few hundred thousand dollars
as a retouch.
I recommend getting my nose lifted once
at the same place. After getting it done, I wish I had gotten it lifted more. I like the tip of my nose now.
I only had consultations at one place and just had it here.
