[Arrow Nosw] Rhinoplasty (Nose tip cartilage tying + cartilage lifting) 6th year review

I thought it would be better if I did it quickly, so I got rhinoplasty (closed) in high school, but I was too hasty. Now my nose tip is crooked and it's very asymmetrical. When I touch it, the cartilage is sharp and only on the left side? I'm thinking about getting another surgery. Since it's a closed surgery, I think the doctor's skills are important, but I didn't choose the right hospital and just had it done at a place my friend said he did. I think that's why it turned out like this. Everyone is trying to do it by putting in a lot of effort.
