I wanted it to be as natural as possible, so
I had it done without implants and only had the tip of my nose raised with ear cartilage. I was worried about my nose being spread out, but I think it turned out well and naturally. Since I only had the tip of my nose done without silicone, I didn't have high expectations for the height, but I'm very satisfied because it's higher than I thought.
I also like that they did a thorough aftercare!
