[Tip of Nose] Rhinoplasty review

I looked into reoperation with silicone tip needles, but since the costal cartilage was burdensome, I looked into places that were good at using ear cartilage or septal cartilage. Before the surgery, my nose was originally long and the tip was high, so I decided that I didn't need costal cartilage and that it was possible to do it with just ear cartilage. I reinforced the needles with Megadum tip needles and replaced the silicone. The tip of my nose is still high and hard, but the shape is pretty. It's been a month, so I think I need to wait and see.
