So, before the surgery, I asked them to lower the tip of my nose as much as they could and raise the bridge of my nose as much as they could, but without going too fancy, I asked them to do a semi-short nose job. But I haven't taken the cast off yet, so I don't know how it feels. ㅜㅜ I just got the cotton removed today, but does a nose job usually hurt this much?? I was told that getting a protruding mouth surgery and a nose job is no different from getting rhinoplasty on the same structure as double jaw surgery, so I had the surgery, but since I got my nose job 4 months after the protruding mouth surgery, people around me kept saying it was uncomfortable, but for the next two days, I had chills, shivering, and was cold, my face was hot, and the inside of my nostrils were hot and sore as if they were burned. Even now, I can't breathe through my nostrils even with the cotton removed, but they said that I'll be able to breathe as time passes, so I'm going to wait and see a little longer and write another post when the cast is taken off. And I don't know exactly because I haven't taken the cast off yet, but I think my philtrum has gotten a little longer. My lips also seem to be shrinking.. but they say that the tip of my nose will go down on its own with time, so I'm going to wait!
