I hated the image of my short, upturned nose, so I had the surgery!! Since I have three possible outcomes: short, low, and upturned, every hospital I went to for consultation recommended costal cartilage, and they said I was picky. ㅎㅎ.. My first time,
I wanted something fancy!!! I didn't even want that, and since my nose is short and I don't have a lot of spare skin, I asked them to just focus on the shape. ㅎㅎ
Now, a year later, I'm so satisfied!! The side effects are scary, but I think I'd get the surgery again if I could go back.
