This is a review of my short upturned nose after 6 months~ I had a revision surgery here after much effort. The first surgery was a mistake and my nose looked more upturned, and my skin was thin so the cartilage was visible and it was a messㅜㅜ After enduring all that time and worrying a lot, I ended up having a revision surgery. When I had the first surgery, my skin was thin so the silicone border on the bridge of my nose was clearly visible under the light, and the tip cartilage looked pressed in and my nostrils were pointed up even moreㅜㅜ People with short upturned noses who have insufficient skin need to be carefulㅜㅜ It was really a painful time. For the second time, I looked at a lot of before and after photos and put in a lot of effort and left it to Director Lee Bang-seok of Plastic Surgery Clinic just like the first time. When I went for a consultation, the director trusted me so I made a reservation right away and got it done. I emphasized that I wanted it to be extremely natural even if I didn't want to (when I tried it once, it didn't suit me even if I wanted to). He said that it would be more effective if I used costal cartilage, but my nose is small so I gave up and just used ear cartilage. Since it could be visible, he said he would add dermis from the buttocks. That's how it was. I think the silicone was about 3mm and they said they peeled the bridge of the nose thinly. They also lowered the nostrils. They said they wanted the tip of the nose to be round. It's been 6 months now and I'm very satisfied. I like how natural it looks. I wish I could keep this nose until I grow old. My skin is thin and my nose is small, so even if I lower the nostrils, my nostrils aren't visible, but I think my condition is not so good, so I'm satisfied with this much. People with small noses and upturned noses, take note~ Put it on your consultation list like it was the first time and go for a consultation~ I highly recommend it~
