There are a lot of comments asking how my nose is currently, so I'll write about them.
First of all, I had the surgery in the 400s and used ear cartilage to raise the tip of my nose.
There's no problem with the function at all, but the only uncomfortable thing is, as I mentioned in my last post, that my nose is hard? I think I got used to it a lot, but I'm still concerned
about it sometimes. There are some parts that are disappointing in terms of appearance. I wanted a straight nose with a round tip. For a few months after the surgery, it was the shape I wanted, but as time passed and the swelling went down, it suddenly became sharp. The tip of my nose also sagged more than I thought. There may be people who like this shape, but it's so different from my personal aesthetic that I want to get it corrected, but I'm afraid that if I touch it up unnecessarily, it might cause problems with the function, so I'm going to just leave it for now. I've given up. If I don't like it too much later, I'm thinking about getting it all removed.
Anyway, I think my overall satisfaction level is around 65-70%. Just because there are no side effects...
In fact, it's hard to be 100% satisfied with a nose job no matter which hospital you go to. There are so many variables, both in appearance and function. If you can't avoid it, it's best not to, but if you do have to get rhinoplasty, I hope you'll have a satisfactory surgery while carefully considering all the appearance and side effects!
