At Avec, Tina had reoperation to remove the silicone and improve her frontal appearance and nostril shape.
First, the silicone was visible so it had to be removed. I told her that it was okay if the bridge and tip of her nose became lower, and
I really hated the width of her nostrils and the shape that was turned up, so I consulted on these parts and had the surgery together.
In terms of shape, I wanted it to be close to a straight line and the tip of my nose to be round, and so far, it seems okay.
I still have some scars from the nostril reduction, but I'm taking care of them by diligently applying ointment
. I like the shape too. It's also nice that there are no implants in my nose!
The shape is almost the same as what I saw right after the surgery when I went to get the cotton removed~^^
