When my friend was getting her own double eyelid surgery, she did a lot of research and ended up finding Thank You Plastic Surgery Clinic. She introduced it to me, and luckily I was able to book a consultation right away. I went in for the consultation with Dr. Hyungseok Kim, and he was very thorough and professional.

Mine was a revision case. I had previously done non-incisional double eyelid surgery with an in-out line. It looked really natural and pretty at the time, but over the years, the crease became less visible when I opened my eyes. I also had ptosis, so I had to constantly use my forehead muscles to lift my eyelids, which led to noticeable forehead wrinkles. That became a big concern for me.

Dr. Kim recommended upper epicanthoplasty to remove the Mongolian fold, ptosis correction, and the incisional method. He explained that while the non-incisional method looks more natural at first, it limits the surgeon’s options when it comes to design. The incisional method, on the other hand, allows for more precise and customized results. So I decided to go with the incisional method and chose a semi-out line for my eyelid crease.

Dr. Kim was very confident that the results would turn out well, which really helped me feel more at ease. It's been a month since the surgery now—there’s still some swelling, but the results already look very natural and I'm extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this clinic!
